Full payment is made online on our website, via using the FONDY payment system

Domestic delivery:
Delivery takes 1-3 business days in case the item is in stock. And 5-7 working days for items that are made on request.

The cost of delivery is according to the Nova Poshta rates.

Rest of the world:
Delivery time is 10-12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are according to DHL rates.

Delivery is carried out all over the world, except for Russia and Belarus.

If for some reason the order does not suit you, you can return the items within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving them, only if:

- the product was not in use / used;

- presentation, consumer properties, labels are preserved.

To return the goods:

2. After agreeing on the return with the manager, send the goods in the original packaging according to the instructions;

3) After receiving the return and checking the goods, we will make an automatic refund to your card from which the payment was made;

The refund period is up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.



To exchange goods:

1.After agreeing on the exchange with the manager, send the goods in the original packaging according to the specified data;

2.Let us know the model and size you want to exchange for.

Completion of the exchange order is carried out
after receiving the return from you.

If you received the wrong model (size,
color) that you ordered, we will pay the costs of sending the return.

If the exchange and return is made for reasons that are not due to an error or defect on our part, the sender pays for the return.
